To be sure, always consult the size chart for the relevant article. As a rule of thumb, if you are in between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.
All items at the Pilot & Crew Store have a normal regular fit, meaning that the items are not extremely larger or smaller in terms of fit. If this is the case, it will be mentioned in the description of the article.
Our goal is to prevent exchanges by being able to deliver the correct size to you immediately so that you can enjoy your purchase right away. This way we avoid sending parcels back and forth and try to contribute to the environment in this way. Due to the high quality, the color fastness, the excellent fit of our articles and the contact with our customers, an exchange only occurs sporadically due to size.
Have you accidentally selected the wrong size? Then you can always exchange the item for the right size. The costs for return are at your expense, the shipping costs for the replacement item are free.
