Your order will be delivered at your place by either Post NL or DHL, at work or at a pick up location (only in The Netherlands). You have the possibility to mention or select a different delivery address.
The Pilot & Crew Store can ship throughout the whole of Europe, with exception of the countries with customs formalities.
When all articles of your order are in stock, we will prepare your package immediately for shipping. If an article(s) is not in stock, we will inform you and communicate an estimate delivery time.
Track en Trace
As soon as your package is handed over to Post NL or DhL, you will receive an email from us with a track and trace code which will allow you to follow the status of the shipment. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package can be deliverd at your neighbours, or a second attempt will be done the next day or it will be delivered at a pick up point for you to pick up. Either way, please check your mailbox for a notice which will be left behind by the courier.
If your package will be left at a pick up point, it needs to be picked within a week. After a week it will be sent back to the Pilot & Crew Store.
Orders for delivery within The Netherlands and Belgium with a value of more than €75,- will be shipped free of charge. Below €75,- we charge €5,- for The Netherlands and €8,75 for Belgium.
During the checkout process, before you pay, you can see the shipment costs for your order to all the countries we ship to.
Pick up Points
Customers within The Netherlands have the possibility to choose for a delievry at a pick up point.
Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. For non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in its original resalable condition.
If your return is lost in transit, you must claim from Post NL or DHL. Proof of posting will be required.
The shipping costs for returns are at your expense.
You can return the following articles as long as it is in its original resalable condition, not worn (except for trying on), not washed and non faulty (except when you receive a faulty product from us) and in its original packaging:
- Pilot Shirts
- Pullovers and vests
- Other clothing
- Returned products must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached and with any original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hosiery items where the seal on the packet has been broken or opened and the hosiery must not have be taken out of the packet.
